Payment is made via PayPal.
SHIPPING
All art objects are carefully and securely packaged –
perfect whether you’re treating yourself or someone you love.
- Worldwide shipping by postal services.
- Ready-made items are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after payment, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
- After shipment, a confirmation email and tracking number (if available) will be provided.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & RESTRICTIONS
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delays caused by customs clearance or changes in import regulations are not the responsibility of the Seller.
- In some countries, customs duties or other fees may be charged at the time the parcel is shipped, rather than upon delivery as is usual elsewhere. If this occurs, the recipient will be contacted to arrange payment of any extra fees.
- Sketch fee: $100 USD, 100% prepayment required.
- This amount is non-refundable and will be credited toward the total price of the item after sketch approval.
- For large or complex projects, the sketch fee may be higher; this is discussed individually.
- The final price of the item is determined after sketch approval.
- Production begins after full payment is made.
PRODUCTION TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
- Sketch: up to 2 weeks from the date of prepayment, unless agreed otherwise
- Item production: approximately 2–4 weeks after sketch approval and full payment. Exact timing depends on the complexity of the order and current workload, and is agreed individually.
ORDER PROCEDURE
PHYSICAL ITEMS
Add the item you like to your cart and place your order through the checkout.
Select the “Postal Service” shipping option (flat rate — $55) and provide your full name, email, and shipping address. Once the payment is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Please note: In some countries, customs duties or other fees may be charged at the time of shipment rather than upon delivery. If this happens, you’ll be contacted to arrange payment of any additional fees before dispatch.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Add the desired digital item(s) to your cart and choose “Digital Delivery Only” (shipping is free). After payment, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with a link and password to download your files or access the online masterclass.
Access to video masterclasses is granted manually using your YouTube email, usually within 2 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement, before production or shipment begins.
- Digital products cannot be cancelled.
