Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated in a listing or shop announcement.

When your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email

that includes a tracking code so you can follow the parcel.

Digital items are available for download immediately after your purchase is completed.

You will receive an email with your order information, link and password to the download page.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  - Items on sale

Conditions of return
