Stained glass art object handcrafted in the classic Tiffany technique.
It belongs to a series of three works dedicated to three cities / Amsterdam, New York & Moscow / and created based on the city maps made by artist Jenya Skubina.
Life on Jenya's maps is booming. They are rich in detail and characters, immersed in a dynamic urban environment. Reflecting the time of the pandemic, I've taken one element from each map and isolated it, placing it in weightlessness, in an isolation bubble. Cut off from their environment, they are left to face themselves.
A poster with the original map of the city is included and signed by Jenya Skubina.

The seams of the stained glass part are made in the black color.
